Mulberry Recruitment is assisting a leading fire and security company in Salford Quays with the recruitment of a Senior Debt Recovery professional. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit control, debt recovery, and team management.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Lead the credit control team, achieving cash collection targets and maintaining accurate records.">
  3. Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies to minimize debt write-offs.">
  4. Train and mentor junior team members to improve their skills and performance.">
  5. Conduct credit checks, set credit limits, and assess creditworthiness of existing customers.">
  6. Support the Credit Control Manager in maintaining the department as a support function of the business.">
  7. Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis using Microsoft tools.">
