The Job Description:

As a Hybrid Radio Account Manager, you'll work closely with key media agencies—especially within the PHD agency territory—to champion our client's market-leading audio brands. Your role will focus on driving revenue through innovative advertising solutions, including radio airtime, digital audio, and Sponsorship & Promotion (S&P) opportunities.

  1. Foster Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency personnel, becoming a trusted advisor within the PHD territory.
  2. Drive Business Growth: Maximise airtime, digital audio, and S&P sales, while cross-selling across publishing and event platforms.
  3. Develop Innovative Solutions: Proactively create and pitch creative, insight-driven ideas to win over agencies and outshine competitors.
  4. Promote Industry Knowledge: Educate agencies on the latest audio innovations and creative opportunities, delivering engaging presentations and sessions.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal Creative Strategists and Client Leads to execute targeted strategies and respond to creative briefs.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Audience Understanding: An understanding of audio's strengths in comparison to other media channels.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Creativity: The ability to craft intelligent solutions that excite clients and drive results.
