About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Radio Infrastructure Manager to lead our engineering team in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our radio and wireless network infrastructure projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the engineering team, designing and implementing wireless telecommunications systems, and overseeing network planning, prediction, and optimization. You will also provide technical input to pre-qualifications, proposals, quotations, and tenders using approved processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing engineering teams, working on technically challenging projects with a successful track record of delivering against demanding customer requirements. You should have excellent radio, indoor coverage, cellular, Wi-Fi, IP network, unified comms technical and industry knowledge.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
