Greenbean is currently searching for a seasoned Sales Team Director to lead our sales team in Newcastle. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 12 Sales Advisors to achieve ambitious targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive team success and improve lead conversion.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to ensure the team meets its KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve internal processes and efficiency.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
