Join Our Team as a Heat Pump Technical Support Specialist

We're on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and we're looking for a skilled Heat Pump Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Heat Pump sales and support team, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales and installation teams. Your extensive knowledge of domestic heat pump installations and technical support will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive the adoption of low-carbon heating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to our sales and installation teams on domestic heat pump installations and technical queries.
  • Develop and maintain technical training materials and resources to upskill our teams.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of heat pump installations.
  • Identify and address technical risks and challenges in our heat pump installation process.
  • Contribute to the development of our heat pump sales and support processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and customer-centric.
What We're Looking For:
  • A fully trained technical expert in heat pump installations with a proven track record of technical support and coaching.
  • A passion for low-carbon heating solutions and a commitment to driving the adoption of renewable energy technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A start-up/entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
