Elite Energy Personnel Limited is seeking a skilled Field Service Heat Pump Engineer to join their team in the Southern region.
The Role
As a Field Service Heat Pump Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products, following established procedures and processes.
You will work closely with the Field Service Manager and support Field Sales Initiatives, utilizing a well-established team of Operational Support Technicians and training department.
Key requirements include experience in the service and repair of Ground Source and Air Source Heat Pumps, as well as a high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and effective communications and IT skills.
A flexible and adaptable approach is essential to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, with a strong ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in growing their skills and knowledge to carry out work on developing future technologies such as Renewable and Commercial products.
