Job Opportunity

Elite Energy Personnel Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Heat Pump Engineer to join their team in the Southern region.

The Role

As a Field Service Heat Pump Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products, including ground source and air source heat pumps.

You will work closely with the Field Service Manager and support Field Sales Initiatives, following established procedures and processes.

A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and effective communication and IT skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a flexible and adaptable approach, with a strong ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs.

Competitive salary, reviewed annually, with an OTE of 45K PA, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and private health care.

Comprehensive training will be provided, including meals and accommodation, and opportunities to develop your skillset in LPG, Commercial, and Renewables.

You will be fully supported by the field service support team and will have access to a mobile computer device, iPhone, and uniform.

Overnight in-van deliveries and replenishments will be required, and customer service skills training will be provided.
