Global Banking School Admissions Assistant

The Admissions Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless admissions experience for applicants. This position contributes to effective service delivery by providing information and support for high-quality admissions services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input applicant-related data and correct exception reports using the student management information system.
  • Perform initial checks on applications for a portfolio of courses, including minimum entry requirements, criminal convictions, multiple application identification, and immigration checks.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries from prospective students in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clerical support to the whole admissions department.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office package with confidence.
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable attitude, including occasional evening and weekend working and off-site assignments.
  • Take a proactive approach to forward planning while adapting to changing needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of two or more languages.
