Job Summary

At MCC Label, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Project manage customer orders to meet customer expectations
  • Update and communicate changes to customer delivery dates
  • Ensure artwork approvals and colour targets are received in a timely manner
  • Proactively communicate with customers through regular telephone contact, visual meetings, and accompanied visits
  • Maintain awareness of changes in technology and components related to customer requirements
  • Support site safety objectives and maintain a safe working environment
  • Attend and contribute to Customer Service Team, Tier 2, and Planning meetings
  • First point of contact for quality issues reported by customers
  • Comply with site environmental standards and support site objectives
  • Adhere to training learnings to promote a consistent approach to day-to-day tasks
  • Pursue best practice by improving internal customer-supplier relationships
  • Attend and contribute to Artwork/New Product Development meetings

  • Ensure business is conducted legally, ethically, and within the law, supporting the framework of ISO 14001 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety)
  • Create a safe working environment and participate in local risk assessments and mitigation

  • Demonstrate the ability to accept mistakes as learning, while discouraging repetitive errors
  • Differentiate MCC Label from its competition by delivering excellence in Quality, Cost management, Service, and Technical excellence
