About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our resource management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the agency's operational excellence overall, helping develop and implement best practices to fully leverage our talent, ensure client satisfaction, and maximize profitability across accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of the UK resourcing pools by casting the right person on the right work at the right time.
- Partner with Resource Directors and client teams to ensure resource data is accurately reflected within the system across projects and uploaded in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Business Managers, Project Managers, and Client teams to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
- Support in mediating competitions over resources using set project prioritization guidelines.
- Work with finance to ensure timesheets are completed in GFS.
- Support in identifying freelance needs and partner with the specialty lead, client leads, Project managers, finance, and HR to secure and track resources.
- Align with wider Resource Management team on holiday/absences to ensure the business is covered.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in operations/resource management within communications, media advertising, creative or marketing agency.
- Strong project management, planning, and workflow management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and tight deadlines with high productivity.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
