Global Client Group Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our UK wealth market expansion efforts as a Global Client Group Sales Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join Nuveen, the investment management arm of TIAA, and contribute to our mission of creating outcome-focused solutions for clients.

Job DescriptionAs a Global Client Group Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the UK wealth market, including wealth managers, private banks, asset managers and family offices. You will work closely with our Head of UK Wealth Distribution to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and product offerings.
This role requires a strong track record of sales leadership, client relationship management, and industry knowledge. You must have a deep understanding of the UK wealth market, its trends, and competitors. Additionally, you should be fluent in speaking about private assets and have a comprehensive understanding of their role in client portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management. You should possess excellent communication and team working skills, with the ability to prioritize, focus, eliminate roadblocks and execute a sales strategy in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, highlighting key focus funds/strategies, contributing to building buy list positions, and identifying new opportunities to partner with key firms.

We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus scheme.
