Job Summary

Fright Nights Event Security Officer - Chertsey, Surrey

Job Type: Guaranteed Hours - Seasonal (Fixed End Date)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct bag checks and personal searches
  • Patrol the resort being vigilant for any threats to the safety of the park
  • Respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with the on – site First Aid team to ensure a smooth operation in any emergency response situations
  • Asset Transfers
  • Be prepared to work alongside Surrey Police in a proactive operation and on the park to reduce anti social behaviour across the park

Requirements:

  • MUST have SIA licence to apply
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Be able to use De-Escalation skills and conflict management in conjunction with SIA training to provide the best outcome
  • Crowd management skills are essential
  • Remain flexible in relation to working hours
  • Be approachable and confident
  • Willing to drive standards
  • Motivated to work closely with other departments on a daily basis
