Job Summary
Fright Nights Event Security Officer - Chertsey, Surrey
Job Type: Guaranteed Hours - Seasonal (Fixed End Date)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bag checks and personal searches
- Patrol the resort being vigilant for any threats to the safety of the park
- Respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with the on – site First Aid team to ensure a smooth operation in any emergency response situations
- Asset Transfers
- Be prepared to work alongside Surrey Police in a proactive operation and on the park to reduce anti social behaviour across the park
Requirements:
- MUST have SIA licence to apply
- Must be over the age of 18
- Be able to use De-Escalation skills and conflict management in conjunction with SIA training to provide the best outcome
- Crowd management skills are essential
- Remain flexible in relation to working hours
- Be approachable and confident
- Willing to drive standards
- Motivated to work closely with other departments on a daily basis
