Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Wallet Partnership Manager to join our team at Samsung Electronics Perú. As a key member of our E-Commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to integrate our digital wallet solutions with online merchants across Europe.

Your primary objective will be to drive the adoption of our digital wallet payments among online merchants, increasing transaction volume and market share. You will work closely with Payment Gateways (PGs) and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to identify key merchant partners and develop strategic plans to onboard them onto our digital wallet platform.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong network of EU merchants, experience in integrating payment methods into online checkout processes, and the ability to articulate compelling value propositions to drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop pitch materials and handle the full sales cycle to promote our digital wallet and payment solutions with online merchants.
  • Create a full Business Development (BD) programme in partnership with the chosen PG/PSPs and align on merchant targets/pipeline.
  • Nurture and cultivate relationships with existing portfolio accounts, tracking and optimising performance while handling partner roadmaps and future propositions.
Requirements
  • Consistent track record in handling Payment Gateway (PG) relationships, demonstrating the ability to negotiate and secure partnerships for digital wallet integration.
  • Deep understanding of the online checkout landscape, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing payment methods.
  • Demonstrated commercial and contractual competence with a track record of delivering from concept to go-live.
  • Passion for Samsung products, content, and services.
