About the Role:

The Senior Education Manager will be responsible for leading our nursery teams in delivering exceptional care and education to children. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and strategy of N Family Club.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in early years education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team. You will also need to possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with parents, colleagues, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our educational curriculum
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the strategic direction of N Family Club
  • Mentor and support the growth and development of nursery managers and staff
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local schools and community groups

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,500 - £32,500 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
