Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting debts from regional customers through structured calls and negotiation.
  • Managing complex billing requirements across multiple sites.
  • Resolving invoice disputes through investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Processing credit and credit re-bill requests in our system.
  • Performing account reconciliations and reviewing ledgers.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in Credit Control or Debt Collection.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including knowledge of SAP and Excel.
  • A collaborative team player with a detail-focused approach.
