As a Senior Credit Recovery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company's financial interests are protected while maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collecting debts from regional customers through structured calls and negotiation.
- Managing complex billing requirements across multiple sites.
- Resolving invoice disputes through investigation and root cause analysis.
- Processing credit and credit re-bill requests in our system.
- Performing account reconciliations and reviewing ledgers.
- At least two years' experience in Credit Control or Debt Collection.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
- Strong IT skills, including knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- A collaborative team player with a detail-focused approach.
