We are a leading early years education group in the UK, dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for children. Our team is passionate about inspiring big dreamers and career movers, and we are seeking an experienced Assistant Deputy Manager to join our Nursery Education team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care to children
  • Develop and implement curriculum-led approaches to inspire children's learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient nursery environment

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual who shares our vision for early years education. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and care, and be able to lead and motivate a team of educators. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
