JOB SUMMARY

Methods is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to provide technical support for Endpoint Security Software and Systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to employees and clients, ensuring their technical queries are resolved efficiently.

You will be the main point of contact for a selection of customers, dealing with their technical queries via email, online meetings, messenger, or phone calls.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a strong commitment to meeting customer requirements, and excellent communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide technical support for Endpoint security solutions to subsidiary IT managers and clients in Europe, CIS, MEA, and Africa.
  2. Operate and maintain Security systems on office and subsidiary premises.
  3. Perform regular system maintenance and implementation tasks, including deleting leavers, removing old data, updating and patching, etc.
  4. Conduct regular security scans for client systems and networks and report any issues.
  5. Ensure backup of operation management for systems and PCs.
  6. Adhere to Company Security Policies.
  7. Produce on-time resolution ratios for customer requests.
  8. Report periodic and issue reports.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent Korean and English language skills to liaise between HQ and customers.
  • MS Windows skills, including troubleshooting software problems in Windows OS.
  • Ability to analyze logically to resolve technical issues.
  • Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of Security solutions, especially endpoint security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Server Hardware and OS, Database.
  • Knowledge of Computer Networks.
  • Fluent written and spoken Korean and English.
