Sales Development Representative

Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are responsible for managing the initial stages of the sales funnel across all business lines. They identify and qualify leads, book meetings for senior sales professionals, and support prospecting efforts.
This role is critical to generating new business opportunities and increasing the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, social media outreach, and other methods.
- Follow up on outbound communications sent by the marketing team.
- Research and qualify potential leads based on their business needs.
- Identify key decision-makers within target companies and industries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior sales professionals.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all outreach and engagement efforts using the company's CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + commission based on KPIs
