About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping the commercial development strategy and overseeing both the sales and operational functions. Reporting to the UK Director, you'll manage strategic accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the smooth running of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies
  • Managing Key Accounts and Driving Major Client Acquisitions
  • Supporting and Mentoring the Team
  • Overseeing Financial Performance and Budget Management
  • Leading Operational Efficiency and Continuous Improvement
  • Ensuring Compliance with Safety Regulations and Fostering Positive Team Morale

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive and strategic thinker with:

  • A background in sales and operations management (5-10 years' experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Commercial acumen and an understanding of international trade
  • Excellent organisational skills and proficiency with IT tools and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to analyse and manage P&L reports
  • Knowledge of French is a bonus, but not essential
