Business Development Manager for Strategic Accounts

Comoro Ltd. is a pioneering technology firm committed to safeguarding lone and at-risk workers across the UK. As a Business Development Manager for Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in driving continued growth from 40 to 50 key accounts.
About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional individual with outstanding account management skills to manage our existing UK accounts, retain and renew existing contracts, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulatory environment or within a telecoms or technology-enabled business service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage CRM systems to forecast and deliver daily, monthly, and annual retention, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Provide first-class account management services to customers to maintain excellent customer satisfaction (CSAT) and net promoter score (NPS) targets.
- Nurture customers within the account base to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Maximize each customer's potential spend through account development planning, relationship building, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve and enhance the customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will require great account management and account development skills, a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, and demonstrable commercial acumen and use of sales methodologies.
