Strategic Business Development Manager

Quantcast is looking for a highly skilled UK Advertising Director to lead our sales efforts across the UK. As a key member of the team, you will drive growth through strategic account management and partnership development.
With a strong background in digital sales, you will effectively present Quantcast's capabilities and offerings to key decision makers. Your leadership skills will enable you to motivate and develop your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and developing relationships with key decision makers across agency patches.
- Developing and owning sales strategies and business plans for advertising/media agencies and brands in the UK.
- Presenting Quantcast capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace.
- Managing sales pipelines and forecasting business growth.
- Analyzing sales statistics to determine growth potential and working towards specific KPIs.
- Coaching and motivating direct reports.
Requirements:
- Senior management experience in a digital sales business.
- Proven track record in managing and developing large strategic accounts.
- Ability to build relationships with decision makers around solution/strategic sales.
- Impressive leadership characteristics and a dynamic personality.
- Strong relationships/contacts across UK media agencies.
Salary Range: £95,000 - £125,000 per year, depending on experience.
