Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Product Co. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through strategic partnerships, innovative services, and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, pitches, and proposals.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participate in portfolio re-engineering, innovation, and execution to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales and marketing.
  • B2B sales experience or a passion for B2B sales.
  • Master's in business administration.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
