Business Development Engineer

Become part of a global organization that is at the heart of the rapidly changing Automotive Electronics market.
Your primary responsibility is to help grow NXP business through ownership of pricing strategies and deal negotiation at assigned accounts (both Direct and supported via Distributors).
The team works closely with our Sales team to negotiate and secure new business awards from automotive customers; we are a high energy and innovative team looking to continuously improve our processes.
Key stakeholders include Customers (both Direct and Distributors) NXP Sales, Supply Chain and Product Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer and market demands to help improve business and capacity planning.
- Analyse market data to help optimize pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Either a Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following: Maths, Science, Engineering, Business Management or similar.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
