Overview

The Lost & Found is seeking a talented Waiting Staff member to join our dynamic team in a vibrant location. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage tables with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
