Job Title: Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Learning function, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, managing the Learning Management System, and providing administrative support to our Digital Skills team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate weekly induction events for new team members
  • Manage the Digital Skills orientation program, including scheduling and communication
  • Oversee the calendar for the Digital Skills team, ensuring seamless coordination of training sessions
  • Support the Digital Skills Matrices, including communication and evaluation
  • Handle invitations and evaluations for all training sessions, ensuring timely and accurate administration
  • Maintain the Digital Skills SharePoint pages, ensuring up-to-date information and resources
  • Coordinate company-wide Digital Skills training programs, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage and update training records, including attendance, absences, and waiting lists
  • Administer and maintain the firm's Learning Management System, ensuring efficient and effective use
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Extensive experience as a training coordinator or training/learning support role, with a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of documentation
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently, with a keen attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to personal growth and self-development
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration is beneficial, as is previous experience in a Learning function within IT or HR
