Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Lifetime Training. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our employer partners, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our partner organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our partner's business goals and objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer business goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Proven experience of operating successfully in a senior level sales role, including pitching proposals and developing solutions.
- Proven experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
