About the Role

Tent Partnership for Refugees is seeking a highly skilled Communications and Partnerships Specialist to support our efforts in the UK. This role will be responsible for organizing and executing events, researching and pitching speaking opportunities, and supporting all communication activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute in-person and virtual events, including workshops, conferences, and job fairs.
  • Research and pitch speaking opportunities for the Director of Tent UK.
  • Support the execution of communications activities, including press campaigns and launches.
  • Provide operational support to Tent's mentorship programs in the UK.
  • Conduct research on companies targeted for Tent membership or initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Between 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in a communications environment, either agency side or in-house.
  • Media relations experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Effective relationship management skills with external and internal stakeholders.
