Community Paediatrics Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Community Paediatric team as a Nurse Specialist. The successful candidate will work in partnership with our Community Paediatric colleagues to provide high-quality care to children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and manage the health needs of children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Work autonomously in outpatient settings, providing evidence-based advice and treatment to young people and their families.
- Collaborate with the Community Paediatric team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Requirements- Registered Nurse with a license to practice and NMC registration.
- Knowledge of child development and experience relating to Child Mental Health.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
