We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development function, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate weekly induction events for new team members
  • Manage the Digital Skills orientation program, ensuring all team members receive the necessary training and support
  • Oversee the calendar for the Digital Skills team, ensuring all training sessions are scheduled and delivered on time
  • Communicate and support the Digital Skills Matrices, ensuring all team members are aware of their training needs and progress
  • Handle invitations and evaluations for all training sessions, ensuring all team members are engaged and motivated
  • Maintain the Digital Skills SharePoint pages, ensuring all training materials and resources are up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Coordinate company-wide Digital Skills training programs, ensuring all team members receive the necessary training and support
  • Manage and update training records, including attendance, absences, and waiting lists
  • Administer and maintain the firm's Learning Management System, ensuring all training programs are delivered efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Capable of managing tasks both independently and as part of a team
  • Extensive experience as a training coordinator or training/learning support role
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and self-management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of documentation
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong commitment to personal growth and self-development
  • Enjoys analyzing data
  • Team-oriented with a flexible approach to tasks and activities
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a Learning function within IT or HR is desirable
