Overview

The Lost & Found is seeking a talented Waiting Staff member to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage tables and ensure a smooth service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, drinks, and special offers to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
