Overview

The Lost & Found is a unique and exciting brand that offers a range of mystical mixology and delectable dishes. We are looking for a Waiting Staff member to join our team in a (LOCATION) location.

As a Waiting Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience. You will be passionate about making recommendations and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their meal.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a memorable experience
  • Make recommendations to customers and ensure that they are satisfied with their meal
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
