Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a leading Fintech Marketing and Comparison company as a Senior Account Growth Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple B2B relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving account growth. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop targeted solutions, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple customer accounts, meeting with account contacts to maintain effective working relationships and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms for new and add-on product lines and ongoing accounts.
  • Liaise and attend customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions which may involve some travel primarily within the UK to aid business and organisational development.
  • Develop a good understanding of the market and customers to anticipate future needs, identify, and drive opportunities for growth, based on your knowledge of product lines.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role, ideally from a technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities product background. They will also possess excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, superb written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to self-educate.
