VANRATH is a leading recruitment agency specialising in finance and technology roles. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our client's team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of financial markets and products.

The role involves managing a portfolio of high-value customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns, and resolving any issues promptly.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Develop a good understanding of the market and customers to anticipate future needs, identify and drive opportunities for growth, based on your knowledge of product lines
  • Provide product support for customer accounts, liaising with other teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other teams, including engineering and product management to deliver new opportunities and ensure alignment with customer expectations on roll out of new customer products or updates
