Job Description
We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team in Truro. This role offers a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum, dependent on experience. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle payments and manage cash flow
- Set up Direct Debits and process refunds
- Manage the purchase ledger and perform reconciliations
- Manage aged debtors and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements
- Excellent IT skills and experience with various software and systems
- Highly organised and good admin skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
