**Team Administrator**
We are currently working with an exciting business that is based in the Truro area. They are now looking for an energetic and naturally cooperative individual to join our team.
**Main Responsibilities**
- General front desk admin: Answering phone calls, dealing with post, welcoming visitors, filing, and ordering supplies for the office.
- Invoice handling, sales order processing, and credit notes amongst a range of other admin tasks.
- Liaising with other teams in the business to assist smooth operation.
- Providing additional support to the team during busy periods.
**Required**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
- Great customer-focused manner, effective communicator
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- Able to demonstrate initiative.
- Meticulous in terms of detail.
**Working Hours**
Full time, Monday to Friday
