Job Title: Senior Payroll Advisor

A Senior Payroll Advisor will play a crucial role in our Accounting & Finance team, overseeing payroll operations within our thriving retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address payroll-related queries from staff and provide support.
  • Assist in payroll-related audits and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Develop payroll reports for internal use and support continuous improvement initiatives in payroll systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
Requirements:
  • End-to-end payroll experience is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll software and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
