Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to support the continuous growth of our colleagues as a development subject matter expert. As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will be responsible for hosting induction programmes, facilitating outcomes from talent and succession planning, conducting training needs analysis, designing and delivering virtual and in-person training solutions. You will also contribute to the design and development of external training programmes with a commitment to quality and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging people-focused learning and development programmes for leaders, managers, and colleagues
  • Operate in a learning and development role with a commercial mindset
  • Influence and present effectively to stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, line managers, colleagues, professional bodies, and suppliers
  • Develop and deliver online and classroom training initiatives
  • Appreciate ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) principles
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering learning and development programmes
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Organized and able to manage own time effectively
  • Able to respond quickly and positively to change
  • Innovative thinking and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
