Customer Solutions Specialist

Speedy Hire Plc is the UK's leading hire provider, offering a wide range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant, and support services. We're seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team in our Customer Solutions office.

The Customer Solutions Specialist plays a vital role in operations, working on the front line of sales and customer service. Building strong relationships with customers is key to success, as the Specialist coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order to delivery and collection, liaising with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the hire process from order to delivery and collection
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Work directly with other departments and areas of the business
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Adaptability
  • Commitment to learn and develop
  • Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational role
  • Ability to support the business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
