Customer Solutions Specialist

At Speedy Hire Plc, we're looking for a skilled Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a vital part of our operations, you'll be responsible for coordinating the entire hire process, from taking orders to delivery and collection. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships will be key to ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll work closely with our departments and areas of the business to meet the needs of our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve desk-based work in our Haydock office, where you'll be working directly with other teams to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Adaptability and a commitment to learn and develop
  • Previous experience working in the hire industry or a similar sales or operational role
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy
