Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a new challenge?
We're seeking a talented Payroll Specialist to join our HR team at Clarks, a leading international business with ambitious growth plans. As a Payroll Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payments for our 9,000 employees across 23 countries.
The Role
As part of our growing HR department, the Payroll team is responsible for managing payroll processes for our global workforce. You'll work closely with our friendly and dedicated team to ensure that all payroll processes are effective, up-to-date, and internationally compliant.
About You
You'll have proven experience working within a payroll environment, specifically with an understanding of statutory payment and deduction processing and the handling of sensitive data. Strong IT skills, including SAP Payroll, are essential for this role. You'll also have a good understanding of payroll principles relating to the calculation of gross and net pay.
