We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our HR team at Clarks, a leading international business with a rich history of innovation and excellence. As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments, working closely with our SAP payroll systems to maintain international compliance.
About the Role
As a member of our growing HR department, you will be responsible for processing payroll for over 9,000 employees across 23 countries. You will bring your expertise in statutory payment and deduction processing, as well as your knowledge of sensitive data handling, to ensure the highest level of service for our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees across 23 countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Work closely with our SAP payroll systems to maintain international compliance
- Handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless payroll operations
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-conscious individual with a strong understanding of payroll principles and practices. You will have proven experience working within a payroll environment, specifically with SAP payroll systems, and be well-versed in statutory payment and deduction processing. If you have experience with RTI, Pension Autoenrollment, and salary sacrifice, that would be a significant advantage.
