We're seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our dynamic HR team at Clarks, a renowned and rapidly expanding business with a rich history of innovation and excellence. As a Payroll Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes, working closely with our dedicated HR team to deliver accurate and timely payments to our global workforce.
The Role
As part of our growing HR department, the Payroll team is responsible for managing the payroll needs of over 9,000 Clarks' employees across 23 countries. You'll bring your expertise in payroll processing, statutory payments, and data handling to our team, working collaboratively to maintain our reputation for international excellence.
About You
You'll have a proven track record of working in a payroll environment, with a strong understanding of statutory payment and deduction processing, as well as experience with SAP Payroll systems. You'll be well-organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working at pace to meet strict deadlines. If you're CIPP qualified or part-qualified, that's a definite plus
