Unlock Your Payroll Potential
We're seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our dynamic HR team at Clarks, a renowned global footwear brand. As a key member of our payroll team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee payments.
The Role
As part of our growing HR department, you'll be responsible for supporting the payroll process for over 9,000 Clarks' employees across 23 countries. You'll work closely with our SAP payroll team to ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
About You
You'll have a proven track record in payroll, with experience in statutory payment and deduction processing, as well as handling sensitive data. Strong IT skills, including SAP Payroll, are essential. You'll also have a good understanding of payroll principles, including gross to net calculations. If you've worked with RTI, Pension Autoenrollment, and salary sacrifice, that's a bonus. CIPP qualification or part-qualification is desirable.
