We're seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our dynamic HR team at Clarks, a renowned global business with a rich history of innovation and excellence. As a key member of our payroll team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes, supporting over 9,000 employees across 23 countries.
The Role
As a Payroll Assistant, you'll be responsible for handling SAP-related payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our global workforce. You'll work closely with our friendly and dedicated HR team to maintain our payroll service, which is renowned for its world-class standards.
About You
We're looking for someone with proven experience in payroll, specifically with statutory payment and deduction processing, and the handling of sensitive data. Strong IT skills, including SAP Payroll, are essential. You'll also need a good understanding of payroll principles, including up-to-gross and gross-to-net calculations. If you've worked with RTI, Pension Autoenrollment, and salary sacrifice, that's a bonus. CIPP qualification or part-qualification is desirable.
