Job Description

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing complex employee relations issues, identifying and addressing trends through HR data analysis, and possessing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve people management capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Senior HR Business Partners to support organisational restructures.
  • Analyse HR metrics and data insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on people policies, procedures, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of resolving key people issues and providing effective guidance to managers.
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations issues and identifying trends through HR data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
