People Partner for Talent Development

We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by driving strategic talent initiatives and fostering a culture of inclusivity.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- You will partner with senior leaders to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity, leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions.
- You will lead change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition of people-related aspects during organizational changes.
- You will work closely with Employee Relations to navigate complex issues and provide coaching on effective management practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic HR business partnering within an HR shared services model.
- A strong understanding of HR practices and processes, with the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, capable of building influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR, along with a strong track record of delivering people-focused projects.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, using people insights to shape strategies and support business growth.
