Role Overview The Partner Manager will play a key role in driving Enterpryze's growth through the development and management of strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and growing relationships with partners to enhance the company's reach, revenue, and market presence.
This role is critical in identifying opportunities, working with partners to co-create value propositions, and ensuring partner success.
Location: Dublin, Ireland / UK Reports to: Director of EMEA Partnerships Role type: Hybrid, Must hold a UK full driving license.
Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with Enterpryze's goals and business objectives.
Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue opportunities.
The key focus of the role is to grow revenue through partnerships.
Foster long-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with Enterpryze's vision and goals.
Train and equip partners with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively sell and implement Enterpryze solutions.
Set and monitor KPIs to track partner performance and ensure alignment with Enterpryze's business goals.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address challenges, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Ensure partners meet revenue targets and work with them to maximize value from the partnership.
Act as a key advocate for partners within Enterpryze, representing their interests and contributing to product development strategies.
Qualifications & Skills 3+ years in a Partner Manager, Business Development, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships.
Experience working with SMEs and understanding of cloud-based business solutions is highly desirable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a partner-focused mindset.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, excellent project management and organizational skills.
A second language (French, German or Spanish) would be advantageous but not a compulsory.
