Job Description

  • Develop and implement a forward-looking Leadership & Management Development programme for colleagues across the business, providing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities and structured Career Pathways.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders nationally and globally to achieve excellence and instil good practice, consistency of process, and procedure.
  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) across the business, reporting findings and recommending bespoke solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Organizational Effectiveness, with a strong track record of delivering successful programmes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to travel frequently, with a valid passport.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the organization offers a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, and access to professional development opportunities.
