Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at TribePost Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
