Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Televerde. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing the sales pipeline for one of our strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Mapping: Conduct thorough research to identify and map out targeted accounts, becoming an expert in client products and target markets.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Reach out to key decision-makers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their business needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales Conversations: Engage in complex sales conversations with director-level and C-level executives to understand upcoming projects and needs within the business.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify fully qualified sales opportunities and book meetings or calls with clients to discuss their needs.
  • Presentation and Consultation: Conduct presentations with our partner and/or field sales representative to consultatively review the account and provide solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed pipeline records on our CRM and produce sales forecasts to ensure accurate tracking of sales progress.
  • Additional Services: Perform additional services as required to support clients and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Business Background: Candidates should come from a strong business-to-business background and have the self-discipline to work autonomously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Prospecting Experience: Experience in effectively mapping and identifying prospect clients is highly advantageous.
  • Corporate Understanding: Understanding of corporate structures and reporting relationships is also highly beneficial.
